I thrive in the second-in-command role, turning ambitious ideas into structured, scalable strategies while making sure teams and systems actually run the way they're supposed to.

My love for operations started early. Organizing school projects as a kid was just the beginning. I went on to build a national skincare brand from scratch, carried in 20 retailers across Canada, then pivoted into a consulting and coaching company supporting other female founders in the cosmetics and skincare space.

I built both businesses from the ground up: product development, sales, launches, funnels, marketing, hiring, finances. All of it. I wore every hat, learned a lot of lessons, and consumed every book, podcast, and course I could get my hands on...

Then I discovered EOS and read Rocket Fuel. And something clicked.
 
I wasn't the Visionary. I was the Integrator.
 
The one who takes big ideas and turns them into plans. Who builds the team, the systems, and the rhythm that makes a business run. I'd been doing that job my whole life. I just finally had a name for it.
 
And now I do it for other founders.
 
With nearly a decade in online business, I've worked inside 6 and 7-figure companies, helping founders get the right people in the right seats, build systems that hold, and create the operational foundation that lets them lead instead of manage. Along the way I've trained with some of the best in the online business space, completed advanced leadership and Integrator training, and gotten certified in the tools my clients actually use.  
 
My philosophy: when the plan, people, and process are aligned, businesses run with ease, and Visionaries get to focus on the work only they can do.

Mission: I create clarity, structure, and relief for growing businesses so founders can do the work they love, lead with intention, and actually enjoy the life they built their business for.

When I'm not working behind the scenes, I'm embracing the slower pace of life on Vancouver Island. Forest hikes, spin class, and pickleball are current faves!

I can also often be found curled up with a good book in front of the fire, tending to my garden, or planning the next travel adventure with my husband over a great meal.
