Is this a VA agency?

No.

You hire and work directly with your contractor.

There are no ongoing placement fees, markups, or agency management layers.

I simply help you find the right person and build the foundation for a successful working relationship.

What if we're not completely sure what role we need?

Perfect.

Many clients come to me knowing they need additional capacity but feeling unsure whether they need an Operations Coordinator, Executive Assistant, Project Manager, Marketing Support, Client Success Manager, or something else entirely.

We'll work through that together before the search begins.

Do I need SOPs before hiring?

No.

In many cases, documenting and improving processes becomes part of the new hire's role.

If additional operational support is needed beforehand, we can discuss that as part of the engagement or I can refer you to some wonderful operational minds in my network.

Where do you find candidates?

Every search is customized to the role.

We source candidates through our network, referrals, online communities, industry-specific groups, job boards, and targeted outreach.

Unlike a VA agency, we're not limited to a small internal roster of candidates.

Our goal is to find the right person for your business, not fit your business into an existing talent pool.

What if it doesn't work out?

Every engagement includes a 30-day hiring guarantee.

If your new hire isn't the right fit within the first 30 days, we'll work with you to determine the best path forward. This may include revisiting finalist candidates, restarting the search at a reduced fee, or another mutually agreed-upon solution.

The goal is simple: help you make a hiring decision you feel confident about.

How involved do I need to be?

Very little.

You'll participate in the initial strategy conversations and final interviews.

Everything else including role design, job posting, candidate communication, application review, screening, and shortlisting is managed for you.
